Exchange & Return
If you want to return or exchange a product, you can contact us within 30 days after receiving the order via contact@coconutpets.com. Please provide us with the order number and the reason you want to return or exchange the item. If your request has been accepted, we will provide you with all necessary instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return. Returned items must be unused and retain the same condition as when you received them.
